About UK Creator Accountants
UK Creator Accountants is delivered by Tidy Money Ltd, an ACCA-regulated cloud practice. We file Self Assessment, VAT, limited company accounts and W-8BEN treaty claims for content creators earning on TikTok Shop, OnlyFans, Fansly, YouTube, Twitch, Patreon and Substack.
What we do
One practice, filing for creators every week
You fill in a five-minute form. We read your platform mix and your numbers, then come back within 48 hours with a fixed written quote for the work. Nothing starts until you accept it, and there is no obligation to proceed.
The price we quote is the price you pay. Self Assessment, VAT, limited company accounts and corporation tax are all priced up front in writing, with no hourly meter running in the background.
We file remotely for creators UK-wide on cloud accounting software, so where you are based makes no difference to the return. Most clients never need a face-to-face meeting.
The practice
Who you are dealing with
Accountancy services on this site are provided by Tidy Money Ltd, the practice of Preetesh Parmar, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). A named person, a real regulated firm, and a website you can check before you get in touch.
The practice is based in Stanmore, Harrow (HA7), is a FreeAgent Gold Partner, and has run clients on live cloud accounting since 2009. You can verify it independently at tidymoney.com before you send a single figure.
The day-to-day work is personal and business tax: Self Assessment and its supplementary pages, VAT registration and returns, limited company accounts and corporation tax, payments on account, and the platform reconciliation and W-8BEN treaty work that creator income tends to bring with it.
- A named, ACCA-regulated accountant on every return
- A fixed written quote before any work begins
- Records prepared in-house in the UK, never off-shored
- Live cloud accounting, so nothing is reconstructed in a January rush
The limits
What we do not do
Naming the things a practice will not do tends to be more useful than the marketing list of things it will. Four lines below.
- We do not dress up general guidance as personal advice. The tax explanations across this site are general accounts of how the UK rules work. Your fixed quote and your return are where we apply them to your actual numbers.
- We do not run an hourly meter. Every engagement is a fixed written quote agreed before work starts. If the scope changes, we requote in writing before doing the extra work, never after.
- We do not share your data with platforms, advertisers, or affiliates. Your form submission is used only to prepare your quote and file your return. Full detail in the privacy notice.
- We do not publish fabricated testimonials, statistics, or case studies. If a testimonials section returns to this site, every quote will come from a real client who has given written permission. The same rule applies to author bylines on any guide content.
Editorial team
Who writes the copy on this site
Service descriptions, tax mechanism explanations and city pages are written by the UK Creator Accountants editorial team and reviewed against current HMRC guidance before publication. Every service page carries a “last reviewed” date at the bottom that we bump on every meaningful copy update and on the April tax-year roll. We do not publish under fabricated author names; bylines are added when a named reviewer can be credibly attributed.
Tax figures and thresholds on this site reflect UK rules in force at the last-reviewed date shown on each page. HMRC moves the £90,000 VAT threshold, the SRIT bands, and the personal allowance from time to time; we update the copy as soon as those changes take effect.
