Who we are

UK Creator Accountants is a UK accountancy practice operating from the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal data you submit through this site. You can contact us at privacy@creatoraccountants.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the UK city closest to you, the main platform you earn on, and any free-text notes you choose to provide. The form does not ask for bank statements, copies of returns, or identity documents at this stage.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The legitimate interest is responding to your enquiry and preparing the fixed written quote you have asked us for. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We do not routinely share your enquiry with any third party. Where we rely on a software provider or subcontractor to deliver the work you engage us for, they act on our instructions as a processor under a written agreement. We do not share your data with any advertiser, broker, or platform, and we do not share data outside the UK.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry-form data for twelve months from the date of submission so we can respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep your records for the period required by UK tax and accountancy rules. Otherwise the form data is deleted after twelve months unless you have asked us to keep you on file.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to our processing, to ask us to restrict our processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the basis we relied on). To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will respond within one calendar month.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. We do not run advertising pixels. The only storage on your device is functional — your browser's standard handling of the form submission and our session for the quote form. If we add analytics in future, we will gate them behind a consent banner before they fire.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please email us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
